What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect only your name, institution, email address, telephone number and the message you write. We use them for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up on the commercial or technical relationship that follows from it.

This site sets first-party cookies only, to remember your language preference and whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not profile visitors.

Transfers

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data is stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and in our email system, used solely to receive and answer your message.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as the enquiry or the resulting relationship requires, and are then deleted.
